William Rose is an independent, family owned Butchers which moved to East Dulwich in August 2005, from Vauxhall where we had been since 1862, making it one of the oldest in London. Following the success of the shop on Lordship lane we now have a second on East Dulwich Grove.
We offer an old fashioned service that can never be equaled by the supermarkets, in terms of range, quality and price. All our meat is of premium quality and we stock many rare breeds, depending on the season such as Longhorn cattle, Gloucester Old Spot Pigs and Jacob sheep. All our staff can offer advice on your needs, your meat will be prepared to exact requirements.
In our new store we will be working with local schools, offering apprenticeships and after Christmas we will be running master classes to our customers.
